Olivia Hilton to lead SVA Consulting

Social Ventures Australia (SVA) today announced Olivia Hilton will lead the SVA Consulting team. Olivia has worked with SVA Consulting for over five years, and led the Melbourne consulting team for the past four years. She has an extensive corporate background, as well as deep experience advising social purpose organisations, government and philanthropic trusts and foundations. Olivia steps into the leadership role, having been a Partner in the SVA Consulting team for the past two years.

Olivia will succeed Duncan Peppercorn, who is leaving SVA to become Global Head of People with Partners in Performance. Duncan has led SVA Consulting’s establishment and development to today be a market leader uniquely positioned to advise clients on achieving social impact objectives. He will continue his connection with SVA as an advisor and mentor to the Consulting team. In the first seven years key engagements have included work for outstanding social purpose organisations such as Vision Australia, Movember, the Wayside Chapel and House with No Steps as well as government, including the Australian Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and advice to high profile Australian businesses including Macquarie Bank, GoodStart Early Learning and The Trust Company.

Olivia and Duncan worked together to launch the SVA Quarterly, Australia’s only online publication dedicated to sharing knowledge and expertise for the social purpose sector.
